A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace." Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
There is a time for everything. What time are you in? Are you in a time to hold on? Hold on to your faith, hold on to your profession, hold on to that broken relationship, hold on to your confidence in the Lord? Then hold on. Are you in a time to let go? Then let go of that which you should let go of. Let go of grief, let go of fear, let go of anxiety, let go of unforgiveness, let go of what the Lord is telling you to let go of. Are you in a time to go forth? To go forth in your ministry, to go forth in that career opportunity, to go forth with that relationship, to go forth with the plan? Then go forth. Are you in a time to be still? Then be still and don't move, wait. Are you in a time to stand? To stand on a promise from the Lord, to stand for a need, to stand in faith for restoration, to stand for your healing, etc.? Then stand. Are you in a time to rest? Rest from struggling, rest from trying to make it happen, rest from confusion and questioning? Then rest.
Whatever time you are in, it will require action on your part. You are going to have to do the standing, the letting go, the holding on, the reframing, the moving on, the remaining unmovable, the anchoring in faith, the time of waiting, etc.
Find out what time/season you are in. Seek the Lord about it. Then as you "do" that "time" rest assured that the Lord will be there with you. He will give you grace, strength, guidance, wdom and everything else you need.
Have a great day. Whatever the time that you are in requires, do it.
