"The Great Divide"

"And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats".  Matthew 25:32

The Bible talks about a time when the Lord will separate the sheep from the goats and the wheat from the tares.  He will separate those who look the part from those who actually are what they profess to be.  I believe we are in a time where the Lord is bringing a greater degree of exposure.  He is exposing those who are not really in the Kingdom and those who are.  He is exposing what is false from what is true. 

But one day there will be a final separating.  He will place the sheep on His right side and the goats on His left.  Those on His right He will invite to inherit the Kingdom for eternity.  Those on His left He will send into eternal punishment.  I want to sound an alarm today, and it is this:  should today be the day He separates the sheep from the goats and the wheat from the tares, which group will you be in?

I didn't say-- which group do you hope you will be in.  I didn't say-- which group do you think you will be in.  I asked you if you know beyond any shadow of a doubt, based on the Lord's definition and criteria for being a sheep or goat, which group will you be in?  You must know for sure.  You can't hope, think or wait to see when it happens.  You must make your peace now with God through the Lord Jesus Christ.  You can know for sure.  (1 John 5:13)  You can have that assurance.  If you don't have it, go to the Lord and repent of your sins and ask Jesus to come into your life and be Savior and Lord.  He will make you a sheep.  From then on follow Him the rest of your life-- sheep follow the Shepherd.
